General Terms and Conditions

To all the work of Sander van den Berg / Gig-pic.com the General Terms and Conditions of the FotografenFederatie (Photographers Federation of the Netherlands) dated 26 May 2005, are applicable.

The original Dutch version of these General Terms and Conditions has been filed with the Court of Amsterdam under reference number [78/2005] and can be found at http://www.fotografenfederatie.nl (“select “Algemene Voorwaarden”.)
Applicability of the general terms of the other party is herewith explicitely denied.
